1. Refund policy

Instafrenchie offers a 7 day money back guarantee policy. If you find that Instafrenchie is not working for you during your first 7 days of service, you can unsubscribe at any time from Instafrenchie by simply sending a message, or emailing Generally, the refund will be processed within 1-6 business days, depending on your banking provider. The refund will be processed by the same method as the original payment.

After 7 days of service, we do not offer refunds. When you sign up with Instafrenchie, you agree to pay and be responsible for all charges incurred in accordance with your plan and these policies. In order to be fair to all customers, no exceptions are made.

Monthly formula

Our monthly plans are month-to-month subscriptions with no contract. Monthly plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid future charges, you have a cancellation form or a simple message on what’s app to your advisor or email to send before your next bill date.

2. Cancellation

To officially cancel your Instafrenchie subscription, you must fill out the cancellation form, or send us a message on what’s app to notify us of your desire to stop in order to avoid future charges, the cancellation form must be filled out before your next invoice date. Please contact us for more information on the cancellation form.

You will have the option to run our services through the end of your billing cycle or cancel our services immediately. There are no pro-rated refunds for cancellations made before the end of the billing period.

3. Unpaid expenses

If Instafrenchie is unable to charge your credit card, you will have a 14 day grace period to update your billing.

If your payment method is not updated within this time, your account will be automatically terminated.

Accounts that have been terminated due to payment failure may be reactivated if valid payment information is updated and we can successfully bill the card for all charges made to the account since the payment failure.
