By using Instafrenchie, you automatically agree to these terms, so you should read them carefully beforehand. If you do not wish to accept all of the terms, please do not use our service. Instafrenchie is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other third-party Instagram partner in any way.

  • It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram’s rules and any legislation to which you are subject. You use Instafrenchie at your own risk.


  • We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.


  • We require your Instagram username and password to obtain the information needed for the Instagram API. We do not store, give, or distribute your password to third parties.


  • We will not post or comment on any account on behalf of your account.


  • You are not guaranteed the expected number of followers, likes and comments.


  • We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.


  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide Instafrenchie with updated passwords while using the Instafrenchie service.


  • Any interruption of service due to a customer’s failure to provide their current password will not result in any refund of payment for that period.


  • You agree that by purchasing our service, you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing, and that you will not file a fraudulent claim through the payment processor used.


  • Any interruption of service due to a customer not adding new targets will not result in any payment refunds during that period.


  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of our service or content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.

    The cancellation form must be completed five days prior to the next billing date to avoid the next month’s charges.


  • The cancellation form must be completed in order to stop all activity on the account and stop billing.


    It is your sole responsibility to check for any changes in terms and conditions.
